★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 6 dias hospedada no Flat, ótimo ambiente, higiene, atendimento maravilhoso, em relação a localização não podia ser melhor, super seguro, perto de 2 ótimos shopping, e pertinho do metro. Super recomendo e quando voltar a SP ficarei novamente lá.

 I spent 6 days staying in the flat, great ambience, hygiene, wonderful service, relative to location could not be better, super safe, close to 2 great shopping, and close to metro. Super I recommend and when I return to SP I will stay there again.

Ponto positivo fica próximo de farmácia, bancos,supermercado e tem 2 shoppings à 5min .
Nice place, clean environment, attention note 10. This well located is super safe.
Positive point is close to pharmacy, banks, supermarket and has 2 malls within 5min.

Um local bem agradável e bastante limpo e ainda perto do metrô. Ele virou cliente. Vou indicar aos franqueados e Amigos que precisarem de local para ficar SP.
I did not know the place, it was the first time I indicated to one of my business partners that always comes to SP. I've been there in person. A nice place and very clean and yet close to the subway. He became a client. I will indicate to the franchisees and Friends who need a place to stay SP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Tatuapé Flat (que antigamente se chamava Pousada Leste) possui um ótimo custo-benefício. Fica em frente a uma praça em que há pouco barulho. Nas imediações possuí padaria, restaurantes e bancos. O Wi-fi funcionou muito bem no meu quarto. O quarto era amplo e tudo bem limpo. Não servem café-da-manhã, mas possuem cozinha em que a pessoa pode preparar algo, se quiser. A TV é tela plana, funcionando muito bem.
As únicas ressalvas: não ter uma cadeira no quarto que se possa sentar, apesar de possuir uma mesa no quarto. O colchão era tamanho de cama beliche. Para pessoas muito altas, pode ser um pouco desconfortável.
The Tatuapé Flat (formerly called Pousada Leste) is a great value for money. It is opposite a square where there is little noise. In the immediate vicinity there is bakery, restaurants and banks. The Wi-fi worked very well in my room. The room was large and clean. They do not serve breakfast, but have a kitchen in which one can prepare something if you want. The TV is flat screen, working very well.
The only caveats: not having a chair in the room that you can sit in, despite having a table in the room. The mattress was bunk bed size. For very tall people, it can be a bit uncomfortable.
