I ordered and found it on ifood, loved the snacks came at the right spot, it wasn't too hot, but I understand it's a delivery, I became a customer, really good! Grade 10 ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ precisa melhora no tempo de entrega, demora muito pra chegar e as vezes o lanche vem frio, dou três estrelas pq gosto do lanche quando vem quente.
delivery time needs improvement, it takes a long time to arrive and sometimes the snack is cold, I give it three stars because I like the snack when it is hot.

Fui dormir com fome, depois de uma noite intensa de trabalho! QUERO MEU ESTORNO IMEDIATAMENTE! -> Pedido 8990

I placed my order at 11:11 pm, IT DID NOT ARRIVE and they completed my delivery at 3:53 am, I sent several messages to Tavares Burguer, the first at 00:17 and the last at 1:01 am, no one replied (I have the prints), total lack of respect with the consumer! I went to bed hungry after an intense night of work! I WANT MY CHARGES IMMEDIATELY! -> Order 8990

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lanche chegou externamente frio, batata gelada e murcha, saiu para entrega 21:35 e chegou 22:30 sendo que moro a 5 minutos da lanchonete, motoboy veio com uma maquininha quebrada, solicitaram um pix aí quando questionei o dono sobre o lanche frio, ele simplesmente disse que eu estava pedindo caridade por não ter enviado o pix no exato momento solicitado. Resumindo com o dono que tem não é para menos que tenha chegado desse jeito o lanche cara externamente arrogante e mal educado
Snack arrived externally cold, cold potato and wilted, left for delivery 21:35 and arrived 22:30 being that I live 5 minutes from the cafeteria, motoboy came with a broken machine, they asked for a pix there when I asked the owner about the cold snack, he simply said that I was asking for charity for not having sent the pix at the exact moment requested. To sum up with the owner who owns it, it is not for less that the expensive snack that was externally arrogant and rude arrived

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse como dar nenhuma estrela eu dava, fiz o pedido do lanche e estava com entrega prevista para as23:00 hs, não chegava mandei mensagem ninguém visualiza e nem responde, usando foi 23:40 eles cancelaram o pedido. Simplesmente cancelam ningm te dá uma satisfação eu estava com uma criança esperando o lanche morrendo de fome e quase meia noite não tem como pedir em outro lugar e esperar mais o tempo de entrega.
Decepcionada com a falta de profissionalismo.
If I could give any stars I would give them, I ordered the snack and it was scheduled for delivery at 23:00 hs, it didn't arrive I sent a message, nobody sees or responds, using it was 23:40 they canceled the order. They simply cancel none of them gives you satisfaction I was with a child waiting for a snack and dying of hunger and almost midnight there is no way to ask elsewhere and wait longer for delivery.
Disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
