Achei, no segundo atendimento, dia 9/3/21, deselegante a postura do médico, pois já estando no prédio, avisei que havia ocorrido um problema. Para chegar a esse prédio é um inferno. Gastei 15 min, dando duas voltas na Tancredo Neves, tentando achar a rua única que dá acesso a ele. Disse tudo isso a vocês e a desconsideração em não atender, quando cheguei, foi decisiva, para entender que esse lugar não respeita os clientes.
Asked by the clinic's whatsapp today, if he would continue the treatment, I answered no. I found the doctor's posture inelegant on the second appointment, on 9/9/21, because already being in the building, I warned that a problem had occurred. Getting to that building is hell. I spent 15 min, going around Tancredo Neves two times, trying to find the only street that gives access to it. I told you all of this and the disregard for not answering, when I arrived, was decisive, to understand that this place does not respect customers.
