Gostaria de fazer uma reclamação dessa loja. Carreguei os meus cartuchos dia 24/09/2018 e depois de 1 mês obtive defeito no cartucho colorido e o cartucho preto depois de 2 meses acabou(deixando claro que eu usei mto pouco mesmo, não era pra ter acabado se a recarga tivesse sido feita de forma correta). Ontem dia 29/11/2018 mandei uma pessoa ir trocar pra mim, segundo a garantia deles de 3 meses, porém fui surpreendido com um atendente querendo cobrar novamente a recarga do cartucho preto e dizendo que não podia arrumar o cartucho colorido se eu não carregasse o preto. Ou seja, um absurdo tendo em vista a suposta garantia que eles oferecem do trabalho mal feito. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Deixando claro que isso foi na loja da Av. Paulista 392.
PROBLEM SOLVED! AFTER THE CLAIM, THEY CONTACTED ME AND EXCHANGED AND FILLED THE TWO CARTRIDGES.
I would like to make a complaint about this store. I loaded my cartridges on 9/24/2018 and after 1 month I got a defect in the color cartridge and the black cartridge after 2 months ran out (making it clear that I used very little, it was not supposed to be over if the refill had been done correctly). Yesterday 11/29/2018 I sent a person to change for me, according to their 3-month warranty, but I was surprised by an attendant wanting to charge the black cartridge refill again and saying that I could not fix the color cartridge if I did not carry it the black. In other words, absurd in view of the supposed guarantee that they offer the work poorly done. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Making it clear that this was in the store at Av. Paulista 392.
