As 3 estrelas ficam por conta da embalagem, no caso falo das caixas com 12 estojinhos de grafite, que ao chegar em casa vi que haviam somente 9.
Reclamei e fui ressarcido, porém a atenção da loja a embalagens incompletas deve melhorar.
Store for those who like stationery in general. Very assorted and helpful attendants.
The 3 stars are on account of the packaging, in this case I'm talking about the boxes with 12 graphite cases, which when I got home I saw that there were only 9.
I complained and was reimbursed, but the store's attention to incomplete packaging should improve.
