★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo e sempre que consigo dou uma passada lá!!! Chá delicioso, 500ml, geladinho... E as bolinhas são demais!!! O chá pode ser pedido também sem frutose. Recomendo sempre!! Sugestão: chá verde de morango com bubbles de morango, mirtilo e maçã verde.
I love and whenever I can I stop by !!! Delicious tea, 500ml, ice cold ... And the balls are awesome !!! Tea can also be ordered without fructose. Always recommend !! Suggestion: strawberry green tea with strawberry bubbles, blueberry and green apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha provado, mas não tinha gostado muito! Mas este gostei bastante! Muito bom. Para quem não tem ideia, pode pedir uma água com gás e adicionar um sabor, a sensação de estar tomando um "bubble soda" é demais.
Mas em resumo o chá é muito gosto e ótimo para refrescar.
I had already tasted it, but I didn't like it very much! But this one I really liked! Very good. For those who have no idea, you can order sparkling water and add a flavor, the feeling of being taking a "bubble soda" is too much.
But in summary the tea is very tasteful and great for refreshing.

Além dos lanches que são uma delícia rsrs não posso passar pelo quiosque sem ao menos tem uma vontadezinha de comprar alguma coisa. Outro ponto muito legal é que eles vendem também potinhos com mini macarons! Perfeito pra quem nunca comeu e não quer gastar muito na compra de vários sabores! Muito fofinho, e rende uma fotinha bem legal pro insta!
I just love the tea combinations possible only at Tea One! In addition to the snacks that are a delight lol I can't go through the kiosk without even wanting to buy something. Another very cool point is that they also sell jars with mini macarons! Perfect for those who have never eaten and don't want to spend a lot on buying various flavors! Very cuddly, and yields a really cool little photo for urges!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedido veio errado e não tem NENHUM contato pra que possamos falar! Suporte negativo pelo telefone e pelo ifood também não conseguimos. Gosto de pedir lá, mas pelo ifood simplesmente horrível. (Culpa da loja, não do aplicativo)
Order came wrong and there is NO contact so we can talk! Negative support over the phone and ifood either. I like to order there, but for the ifood it's just awful. (Fault of store, not app)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vontade é de dar 0 estrelas pelo atendimento péssimo as recepcionistas não tem gentileza nem simpatia, precisam urgentemente ensinar como trabalhar é agir com o público nem boa tarde elas dão. enfim duas estrelas por conta do chá que é bom.
The will is to give 0 stars for the terrible service the receptionists have no kindness or sympathy, they urgently need to teach how to work and act with the public not even good afternoon they give. finally two stars on account of the tea which is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos os chás que provei foram deliciosos e sempre volto lá quando posso. Ótima opção de bebida vegana e acho que possuem até leite vegetal! Basta ter a ciência de que chá verde ou matte é AMARGO e você vai ficar bem, na dúvida vai de chá preto. ??✌?
All the teas I've tried have been delicious and I always go back there when I can. Great vegan drink option and I think they even have vegetable milk! Just be aware that green or matte tea is BITTER and you'll be fine, when in doubt go for black tea. ??✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de três chás pelo ifood hoje, já sou cliente antigo e sempre peço chás pelo ifood, hoje meu pedido chegou com o lacre rasgado e o líquido todo derramado dentro do saco, perdi um chá do meu pedido, tentei ser ressarcido através do chat do ifood mas a loja se isenta da culpa do lacre não ter resitido a viagem, o ifood manda entrar em contato com a loja mas como já expliquei a loja não se responsabiliza. Achei péssimo o suporte do ifood e também o atendimento ao cliente por parte da teaone shopping Recife, não existe suporte nem respeito ao cliente, nunca mais peço nenhum chá nesse local .
I ordered three teas through ifood today, I'm an old customer and I always order teas through ifood, today my order arrived with the seal torn and the liquid all spilled into the bag, I lost a tea from my order, I tried to be reimbursed through ifood chat but the store exempts itself from the guilt of the seal not having resisted the trip, ifood has to contact the store but as I have already explained the store is not responsible. I thought the support from ifood was terrible and also the customer service from teaone shopping Recife, there is no support or respect for the customer, I never order any tea in this place again.
