Pouco tempo depois começou a pandemia de coronavírus, então solicitei o trancamento do meu plano, pois até não tínhamos consciência da gravidade da situação. O Centro de Treinamento WR Team inclusive passou parte do período fechado devidos as medidas de prevenção da Covid-19.
Solicitei a empresa o estorno/devolução da diferença do valor pago, pois não tem como praticar Muay Thai com distanciamento seguro, por se tratar de um esporte que há muito contato físico. Expliquei que não tenho previsão de continuar morando na mesma cidade, para que possa esperar a situação se normalizar.
A empresa Centro de Treinamento WR Team me retornou informando que não seria possível realizar a devolução do dinheiro pago e que era de minha responsabilidade encontrar outra pessoa para repassar o plano.
In February 2020 I made a semiannual plan for training Muay Thai paid by credit card. A short time later, the coronavirus pandemic started, so I asked for my plan to be closed, as we were not even aware of the seriousness of the situation. The WR Team Training Center even spent part of the closed period due to the Covid-19 preventive measures.
I asked the company to reverse / refund the difference in the amount paid, as there is no way to practice Muay Thai with safe distance, as it is a sport that has a lot of physical contact. I explained that I have no plans to continue living in the same city, so I can wait for the situation to return to normal.
The company Training Center WR Team returned to me informing that it would not be possible to return the money paid and that it was my responsibility to find someone else to go over the plan.
