★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, falta de profissionalismo, comprei um pacote pra Caldas Novas e 2 dias antes da viagem, recebi a noticia pelo Tiago que teria q fazer teste de Covid pra entrar na cidade, até ai tudo bem, pq nao é culpa dele, o problema é a forma que o "empresário" trouxe o problema sem trazer junto a solução, se vc quiser viajar arruma o teste, se nao arrumar, viage outra data, pq o dinheiro a gente nao devolve, quando estão pra te vender um pacote, sao uns amores de pessoa, dps que vendeu, meu amigo... o empresario que se preze, eletem que se colocar no lugar do seu cliente, prometi pra mim mesmo que enquanto durar essa pandemia, nao compro pacote de viagem com ninguém mais, e com essa agência ai, foi a 1° e ultima vez! Nunca mais!!! Além do mais, vc manda mensagem pro cara, ele responde dps de 2 a 3hs, péssimo atendimento!
Terrible service, lack of professionalism, I bought a package for Caldas Novas and 2 days before the trip, I received the news from Tiago that I would have to take a Covid test to enter the city, so far so good, because it's not his fault, the problem it's the way the "entrepreneur" brought up the problem without bringing along the solution, if you want to travel, arrange the test, if not, travel another date, because we don't refund the money, when they're about to sell you a package, they're some loves of a person, dps who sold, my friend... the self-respecting businessman, he has to put himself in his client's shoes, I promised myself that while this pandemic lasts, I won't buy a travel package with anyone else, and with this agency there, it was the 1st and last time! Never!!! Besides, you send a message to the guy, he answers dps from 2 to 3 hours, bad service!
