Na visita para identificar o problema o senhor Alexandre (Técnico) me informou que seria necessário substituir a placa e o gás, fazendo um orçamento. Contudo, na segunda visita para execução do serviço, no momento final do acerto de contas, o mesmo me informou que o problema do display não era a placa e sim o sensor. Que a troca tinha sido realizada e o orçamento inicial ficaria mais barato.
Maior ponto positivo é pela honestidade, como não acompanhei o serviço, o mesmo poderia ter tido que o problema realmente foi na placa e trabalhar em cima do primeiro orçamento (que era mais caro.) O problema foi resolvido e a geladeira está funcionando normalmente.
Recomendo.

In the visit to identify the problem Mr. Alexandre (Technical) informed me that it would be necessary to replace the plate and the gas, making a budget. However, on the second visit to execute the service, at the final moment of the account settlement, the same informed me that the display problem was not the board but the sensor. That the exchange had been made and the initial budget would be cheaper.
Biggest plus point is for honesty, as I did not follow the service, the same could have had that the problem really was on the board and working over the first budget (which was more expensive.) The problem has been solved and the fridge is working normally.
I recommend.
