Liguei na empresa simplesmente para pegar os dados cadastrais para emissão de uma nota fiscal e a atendente não quis fornecer pelo telefone pois alegou que tem 8 linhas para atender e não tem tempo de passar tais informações. Somente por e-mail. A empresa tem que adotar uma postura que atenda a necessidade de seus clientes. Não gostei e não indicarei.
Nonsense !!!!! I called the company simply to get the registration details for issuing an invoice and the attendant declined to provide over the phone because she claimed she has 8 lines to answer and has no time to pass such information. By email only. The company has to adopt a stance that meets the needs of its customers. I did not like and will not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento to a 7 meses tentando pegar um documento com eles e cada vez que ligo e uma desculpa diferente,dizendo que ja paguei pelo documento e pelo envio dele e ate agora nada,uma coisa simples , a empresa não tem a minima responsabilidade de cumpri o prazo que da pro cliente .Não recomendo .
I've been waiting for 7 months to get a document with them and every time I call and a different excuse, saying that I paid for the document and sent it and so far nothing, a simple thing, the company does not have the minimum responsibility to fulfill the term that the pro client. I do not recommend.
