★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia nem inaugurou ainda mas tem sido uma tortura para mim e minha familia que residimos ao lado. Praticamente destruiram o prédio recém construido por dentro para adequação (pensei que era estação do metrô) e para isso trabalharam 24h por dia dando preferencia para usarem martelo martelete perfuratriz e toda a sorte de ferramentas barulhentas de madrugada... Ate o sabiá laranjeira que morava na árvore da frente se mandou! Hoje é dia da consciencia negra e feriado em Campinas e quando a gente pensa que vai ter um pouco de sossego depois de mais uma série de perfurações noturnas aparece uma viatura da Comgás e nesse momento ha um grupo trabalhando na frente fazendo buraco na rua com aquela perfuratriz que chamam vulgarmente de "lambreta de bahiano"... parece que estão perfurando poço artesiano ou que vão construir uma estação de metrô!
Perdoem pelo desabafo mas nao me resta outra coisa depois de ate ter chamado a puliça numa noite... Enfim Boa Sorte! E que tenham piedade de mim e dos meus netos.
 The gym hasn't even opened yet but it's been a torture for me and my family who live next door. Almost destroyed the building recently built inside to fit (thought it was underground station) and it worked 24 hours a day giving preference to use hammer drill Gavel and all sorts of noisy tools morning ... Until the orange thrush who lived in front of the tree is sent! Today is black conscience day and a holiday in Campinas and when we think that we will have a little quiet after another series of night piercings appears a Comgás vehicle and at that moment there is a group working in the front making hole in the street with that Drills they commonly call the "Bahian scooter" ... looks like they are drilling an artesian well or building a subway station!
Forgive me for the outburst but I have nothing left after I even called the lung one night ... Anyway Good Luck! And have mercy on me and my grandchildren.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a aula experimental. Fui muito bem atendida. Muito interessante a proposta da eletroestimulação, para potencializar resultados. O espaço é muito bacana, tudo higienizado, banheiros limpissimos com ducha, secador e até chapinha. Vale o que se paga.
I took the experimental class. I was very well attended. The proposal of electrostimulation is very interesting, to enhance results. The space is very nice, everything is sanitized, very clean bathrooms with shower, hairdryer and even flat iron. Worth what you pay.

For those looking for quality, results, easy access, good service. The price is quite expensive, but for those who can afford to invest in themselves, it's worth a lot, especially if they have difficulty doing regular gym exercises!
