★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo atendimento dos professores, aula rapida e interessante, porém é um complemento de atividade fisica. É importante ressaltar que a compra do uniforme por 150 reais é um absurdo. Compreendo que faz parte do modelo de negócio ter esse valor de entrada, mas crie algo mais marketizado, pois passa a percepção que somos idiotas.

Ninguém devolve os cheques, ninguém estorna o valor, ninguém dá satisfação, simplesmente o setor financeiro nem atende ao telefone !
Equipe totalmente despreparada e de má fé !
Merecem um processo ! Não fechem nenhum plano nessa empresa ! Eles não são sérios !
I canceled my plan on 05/25, until today they have not returned my checks and are depositing normally!
No one returns the checks, no one belittles the value, no one gives satisfaction, simply the financial sector or the telephone!
Team totally unprepared and in bad faith!
They deserve a lawsuit! Do not make any plans in this company! They are not serious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei, uma novidade para quem não gosta de academia. São apenas 20 minutos mas a sensação dos choques tonificando os músculos é bem divertido. Depois de dois dias os músculos ficam bem doloridos. Recomendo experimentar
I liked it, a novelty for those who don't like the gym. It's only 20 minutes but the sensation of the shocks toning the muscles is really fun. After two days the muscles are very sore. I recommend experimenting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei uma aula experimental pelo site e recebi a confirmação por email. Chegando perto do horário, recebi um email cancelando, sem explicações. Liguei na unidade e a atendente, além de muito mal educada, disse que mandaram mensagem pra mim e eu que disse que não tinha agendado nada. Confirmei meu numero e tinham mandado para numero errado. Confirmada a aula, me arrumei e saí, depois de organizar tudo em casa pq tenho uma bebe de 1 ano. No caminho, recebo uma mensagem perguntando se daria pra eu fazer a aula em outro horario, sem qualquer explicação. eu disse que não, já estava chegando, e deram a desculpa que estavam sem água. Mas eu tinha acabado de falar com a moça por telefone e depois ainda confirmei pelo whatsapp o horario da aula! Péssimo atendimento e comunicação pior ainda.
I scheduled a trial class on the website and received confirmation by email. Getting close to the time, I received an email canceling it, without explanation. I called the unit and the attendant, in addition to being very rude, said that they sent a message to me and I said that I had not scheduled anything. I confirmed my number and they had sent it to the wrong number. The class was confirmed, I got dressed and left, after organizing everything at home because I have a 1 year old baby. On the way, I get a message asking if I could take the class at another time, without any explanation. I said no, it was already coming, and they gave the excuse that they were out of water. But I had just spoken to the girl on the phone and then I confirmed the class schedule on whatsapp! Poor service and even worse communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com esta empresa. Me apresentei perguntando se tinham um plano que permitisse intervalos pois vou fazer uma cirurgia. Me informaram claramente que com atestado medico suspenderiam. Mesma coisa com viagens, em que chegaram a antecipar aulas e confirmar reposição. Me ofereceram uma “promoção “ quando fechei, pois meu horário seria o noturno. E esqueceram tudo que eu havia falado!!!! Conclusão, estou cancelando meu plano com 3 semanas de uso, e vou procurar uma academia que me ofereça o que eu preciso e nao o que ACHAM que eu quero.
Inclusive, vendo a lycra que usei 3 vezes , tamanho M, R100
I had a bad experience with this company. I introduced myself asking if they had a plan that allowed for breaks because I'm going to have surgery. They informed me clearly that with a medical certificate they would suspend. The same thing with trips, in which they came to anticipate classes and confirm replacement. I was offered a “promotion” when I closed, because my schedule would be the night. And they forgot everything I said!!!! Conclusion, I'm canceling my plan after 3 weeks of use, and I'm going to look for a gym that offers me what I need and not what they THINK I want.
Including, selling the lycra that I wore 3 times, size M, R100
