★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei o cadastro e comprei a roupa específica para treinar, porém com um mês de treino fui informada que a academia passaria a abrir uma hora mais tarde, pq somente havia eu e mais uma aluna, e que não eramos fidelizadas junto a academia por utilizar o plano gympass, nesse horário. Acredito que tal ocorrido seja uma questão de administração, porém me senti lesada, gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com o ocorrido.

I believe that this is a matter of administration, but I felt hurt, I would like to record my dissatisfaction with what happened.
