★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não seguem nenhuma norma de segurança em relação a prevenção de contágio do covid, nenhuma utilização de máscara de proteção, distanciamento, sanitização com álcool em gel, sanitização dos equipamentos pós uso.
Em relação aos equipamentos são poucos, mal cuidados e mal organizados. O box não é pequeno porém o investimento na qualidade dos equipamentos é baixo, bem como a apresentação do box não é das melhores.
O acolhimento foi bem confuso, ficando à deriva (embora tivesse chegado cedo justamente para conhecer o box, acertar a aula avulsa, me ambientar).
Aula nível médio baixo. Mesmo o coach tendo instruído que pegassem pesos leves para determinado exercício os alunos pareciam não respeitar a orientação, ocasionando em lesões, sem a devida orientação para uma adaptação ou alternativa. Comigo o coach foi atencioso, pois eu demandava bastante auxílio por já conhecer a modalidade e meus limites.
De maneira geral não recomendo. Espero que possam aprimorar alguns aspectos para melhorar o nível do box. Abraço!
They do not follow any safety norms regarding the prevention of contagion of the covid, no use of a protective mask, distance, sanitization with alcohol gel, sanitization of the post-use equipment.
Regarding equipment, they are few, poorly maintained and poorly organized. The box is not small but the investment in the quality of the equipment is low, and the presentation of the box is not the best.
The reception was very confusing, being adrift (although I had arrived early just to get to know the box, set up the free class, get used to it).
Low medium class. Even though the coach instructed them to take light weights for a given exercise, the students seemed not to respect the guidance, causing injuries, without the proper guidance for an adaptation or alternative. The coach was attentive to me, as I demanded a lot of help because I already knew the sport and my limits.
In general I do not recommend. I hope you can improve some aspects to improve the level of the box. Hug!
