★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu celular simplesmente parou de funcionar, e então levei nesse estabelecimento e o técnico disse que iria abrir a parte de trás para ter acesso a bateria, só que existia o risco de quebrar a tampa traseira. Aceitei o risco, e ele quebrou a tampa e testou a bateria e a condenou. Combinamos que ele me ligaria assim que tivesse uma bateria nova e me venderia uma tampa traseira nova(nunca recebi nenhum retorno deles). Não me senti seguro com o trabalho desse técnico, e procurei um técnico recomendado por um amigo. Esse profissional avaliou o aparelho e disse que o acesso da bateria era pela frente, e não por trás, e constatou que a bateria estava boa, e que o problema era no software. NÃO tive uma experiência Boa nesse estabelecimento, não volto e não recomendo .
My cell phone just stopped working, so I took it to this establishment and the technician said he would open the back to access the battery, only there was a risk of breaking the back cover. I took the risk, and he broke the lid and tested the battery and condemned it. We agreed that he would call me as soon as he had a new battery and sell me a new back cover (I never received any feedback from them). I did not feel safe with the work of this technician, and I looked for a technician recommended by a friend. This professional evaluated the device and said that the battery access was from the front, not from the back, and found that the battery was good, and that the problem was in the software. I have NOT had a good experience at this establishment, I will not be returning and I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu aparelho para fazer uma manutenção, algum funcionário ao manusear meu celular derramou café, eles então fecharam meu aparelho e me devolveram como se nada estivesse acontecido, três dias depois meu aparelho apagou totalmente.
MUITA FALTA de RESPEITO e PROFISSIONALISMO !!!!
recomendo jogar o aparelho fora, mas NÃO RECOMENDO LEVAR NESSA LOJA !!!!!!
Foi no final de fevereiro antes da pandemia fechar o comércio, vocês estragaram o meu Motorola z play... E foram canalhas !!!! hein não me informar o ocorrido, fingindo nada ter acontecido....na maior cara de pau, ainda me disseram "essa mancha já tava" como se eu não reconhecer-se o meu celular.
Mau caráter.... Não merecem a confiança de ninguém!!!!!
I took my device to do maintenance, some employee handling my cell phone spilled coffee, they then closed my device and returned it to me as if nothing had happened, three days later my device completely went out.
VERY LACK OF RESPECT and PROFESSIONALISM !!!!
I recommend throwing the device away, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING IT IN THIS STORE !!!!!!
It was at the end of February before the pandemic closed the trade, you ruined my Motorola z play ... And it was scoundrels !!!! huh do not inform me what happened, pretending nothing has happened .... in the biggest face, they still told me "this stain was already" as if I do not recognize my cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como o Google diz que a loja abre às 9:00 de domingo, fui até lá hoje, dia 06/02, e me deparei com a loja fechado. O funcionário da lanchonete ao lado, que me viu esperando na calçada, veio me avisar que a loja não abriria. Perguntei se ele sabia se abria mesmo aos domingos, e ele disse que dependia do domingo. Mas, que se não tinha chegado ninguém ainda, é pq não abriria. Complicado um serviço que divulga um horário de funcionamento e não cumpre. Me senti sendo feita de palhaça.
As Google says the store opens at 9:00 am on Sunday, I went there today, 06/02, and found the store closed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Pedi para olhar se possível fazer banho químico sem trocar tela toda. Rapaz falou que sim, vai ver. Caso não poder não vai cobrar nada. Tá tudo bem. Mas quando eu cheguei pegar meu celular, descobri na tampa branca uma queimadura e alguns arramhos no perímetro. Ele disse que é sujeira,n pedi limpar para mim não hora então. Ele pegou cel, voltou depois de 10 min falando que sim, não é sujeira, mas NAO TEM COMO tirar a tampa sem quebrar a tampa (sério mesmo???). Pedi contato do chefe da loja para poder compartilhar situação, e percebi recuso, incluindo recibo de gerente. Terrível, não recomendo para ninguém!
Horrible. I asked to see if it was possible to do a chemical bath without changing the whole screen. Boy said yes, you'll see. If you can't, you won't charge anything. It's OK. But when I reached for my cell phone, I discovered a burn on the white cap and some scratches on the perimeter. He said it's dirt, I didn't ask for it to be cleaned for me then. He got cell, came back after 10 min saying yes, it's not dirt, but there's NO WAY to take the lid off without breaking the lid (really???). I asked for contact from the store manager so I could share the situation, and I noticed a refusal, including a manager's receipt. Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Asian guy was super nice and very helpful!! 1st time ever in Rio De Janiero from the U.S. and some places are hard to get by if u don’t speak Portuguese.
