Tanto que pagamos mais caro que outros anúncios, confiando nesta informação. Bem, ao efetuar a compra o prazo por fim se estendeu por 25 dias. E quando chegou o produto, não funcionou. Tentamos contato via telefone e não atende.
Estou precisando desta fonte para trabalhar e olha o transtorno que me foi causado, atrasando os meus trabalhos por conta de um produto que anuncia (enviando normalmente), o que é uma inverdade. Não recomendo!! Jamais!!
Terrible! My husband and I chose this supplier, for believing in the information that was given to us, that the source was original. So much so that we pay more than other ads, relying on this information. Well, when making the purchase the term finally extended for 25 days. And when the product arrived, it didn't work. We try to contact you by phone and do not answer.
I need this source to work and look at the inconvenience that was caused to me, delaying my work due to a product that advertises (sending normally), which is untrue. I do not recommend!! Never!!

Onde o vendedor me enviou essa seguinte mensagem.
"Agradecemos por sua preferência!
Informamos que seu pedido será enviado dentro do prazo de 1 a 2 dias úteis. Em 90% dos casos conseguimos postar, até no máximo, no dia útil seguinte à compra."
Hoje dia 06/01/2020 já se passaram 3 dias uteis da confirmação do pagamento e ainda não postarão o produto.
Eles também não respondem as mensagens enviadas.
Total desrespeito com cliente.
Vou esperar ate amanha para abrir uma reclamação junto ao mercado livre.

I made a purchase on the free market on 12/31/2019.
Where the seller sent me this following message.
"Thank you for your preference!
We inform you that your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. In 90% of the cases we managed to post, at most, on the business day following the purchase. "
Today 01/06/2020 3 business days have passed since the payment confirmation and still will not post the product.
They also do not respond to messages sent.
Total disrespect for the client.
I will wait until tomorrow to open a complaint with the free market.
