O celular precisava trocar o Touch e eles o fizeram sem perder o tela nem o display, pois possuíam a aparelhagem necessária para fazer o serviço.
Isto garantiu a manutenção da originalidade do celular.
Também fizeram ajustes quando recebi o celular. Na troca do touch, a capa de traz do celular danificou na abertura do aparelho. Não houve problemas, eles colocaram por uma nova, por conta.
