★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma visita com uma semana de antecedência para um sábado de 8 ao 12h. Deu meio dia e nada. Liguei a atendente disse que o técnico poderia Chegar até às 15h. Perdi meu sábado esperando e nem uma ligação avisando, nem o técnico apareceu. Uma falta de profissionalismo e consideração com o cliente .
 I booked a visit a week in advance for a Saturday from 8am to 12pm. It was half a day and nothing. I called the attendant and said the technician could arrive until 3pm. I wasted my Saturday waiting and neither a call warning nor the technician showed up. A lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu micro-ondas e ficou perfeito depois de outra empresa consertar e não dar certo... foram honestos trocaram a peça certa e cobraram um valor justo... Sem contar que o atendimento foi muito rápido... obrigado.. indiquei mais 2 amigos..
I left my microwave and it was perfect after another company fixed it and it didn't work... they were honest, they exchanged the right part and charged a fair price... Not to mention that the service was very fast... thank you... I indicated more 2 friends...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O técnico orçou em 490 reais, dizendo que era problema da placa eletrônica. Chamei outro, que consertou a regulagem cobrando apenas a visita, e o problema foi resolvido. Quase fui roubado.
The technician quoted 490 reais, saying it was a problem with the electronic board. I called another one, who fixed the adjustment, charging only the visit, and the problem was resolved. I was almost robbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a revisão do meu aquecedor a gás e o atendimento desde a atendente até o técnico foi nota 10. Consertaram meu aquecedor que ja havia vindo 2 empresas e tinham condenado. Indicaria e voltaria a chamar a empresa.
I reviewed my gas heater and the service from the attendant to the technician was grade 10. They fixed my heater, which had already come from 2 companies and had condemned it. Indicate and call the company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraram 500 reais para consertar meu aquecedor, trocaram apenas os rabichos e falaram que o aparelho ia funcionar direito. Não deu duas semanas e o aparelho começou a pegar fogo, coisa que eles falaram que não aconteceria na primeira visita. Novamente eles vieram, falaram que uma peça derreteu e queriam cobrar mais 400 reais, isso após um primeiro conserto mal feito. Um aparelho novo custaria menos do que eles querem cobrar por consertos mal feitos.
Não recomendo.
They charged 500 reais to fix my heater, they only changed the tails and said that the device would work properly. Within two weeks the device started to catch fire, something they said would not happen on the first visit. Again they came, said that a part had melted and they wanted to charge another 400 reais, this after a poorly done first repair. A new device would cost less than they want to charge for poor repairs.
I do not recommend.
