★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Trocaram a porta do meu carro mas ela não abre, esta travando a fechadura e a borracha de vedação da porta esta pela metade,cortada. , já reclamei e ficaram de me ligar e até agora nada. Não procuro mais.
 Terrible. They changed the door of my car but it doesn't open, it is locking the lock and the door sealing rubber is cut in half. , I already complained and they stopped calling me and so far nothing. I don't look any further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO! Fui até a oficina fazer orçamento, fizeram a análise e ficaram de enviar a proposta por whatsapp e não enviaram. Liguei 3x para saber se iriam enviar e informaram que estariam enviando e nada da proposta. Se nem pra enviarem uma proposta imagina ao realizar um serviço. Como pode ver em outros comentários sempre têm problemas com tempo de entrega. Portanto, NÃO INDICO!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE! I went to the workshop to make a budget, they did the analysis and were left to send the proposal by whatsapp and did not send it. I called 3x to find out if they would send it and informed that they would be sending it and nothing about the proposal. If not even to send a proposal imagine when performing a service. As you can see in other comments there are always problems with delivery time. Therefore, I DO NOT INDICATE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive pior experiência na vida como essa, bateram no meu carro, eles ficaram com o meu carro na oficina por volta de uns 10 dias praticamente, se quer analisaram a situação e do nada se recusaram a realizar o conserto,ligaram na minha seguradora e falaram de fazer acordo, etc e tal sem se quer me falar o porquê disso antes, não recomendo esse lugar pra ninguém e nem mesmo se viesse atrás de mim pedindo desculpa e que fariam pra mim de graça o serviço eu não ia aceitar,pra mim não são e não foram profissionais, fui mal atendido com explicações sem nexo e continuo com o meu carro parado e sendo prejudicado pela falta de competência, clareza, ética e profissionalismo.
I've never had a worse experience in my life like this, they hit my car, they kept my car in the workshop for about 10 days practically, if you want to analyze the situation and out of nowhere they refused to carry out the repair, they called my insurance company and they talked about making a deal, etc and such without wanting to tell me why before, I don't recommend this place to anyone and not even if they came after me apologizing and that they would do the service for me for free I wouldn't accept it, for me they are not and were not professionals, I was treated poorly with inane explanations and I continue with my car stopped and being hampered by the lack of competence, clarity, ethics and professionalism.
