O dono é mais comunicativo, pois logo depois que conversei com ele, obtive mais informações, porém depois me passaram para a moça do começo e depois desandou tudo... Péssimo atendimento da moça....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, me deixaram esperando mais de 9 horas pela instalação AGENDADA. Estou frustrado, num nível de decepção que não posso descrever nos comentários.
Edit: Responderam que eu cancelei, então explico que foi agendado para aa 16:00, eles remarcaram para as 17:00 depois as 20:00, depois as 21:00 e quando era 23:30 eu desisti de aguardar.
Terrible, they kept me waiting over 9 hours for the SCHEDULED installation. I'm frustrated, on a level of disappointment that I can't describe in the comments.
Edit: They replied that I canceled, so I explain that it was scheduled for 4:00 pm, they rescheduled to 5:00 pm, then 8:00 pm, then 9:00 pm and when it was 11:30 pm I gave up waiting.
