★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo os serviços dessa assistência, péssimo. Além do mal atendimento da atendente não resolvem o problema do aparelho. Entreguei um aparelho sem carregar, informaram que era problema do conector, blz deixei para o concerto. Quando ligo para saber informações do celular informam que deu certo porém está travando muito, perguntam se podem restaurar, respondo que sim. Quando ligo novamente dizem que não tem concerto. Uma assistência que não sabem o problema do aparelho e ainda não passam informações coerentes não expiram confiança. Cuidado

Levei um aparelho as 10h para fazer dois serviços: trocar o microfone e colar a tela que estava solta.
Quando chego às 18h pra buscar, recebo a notícia que o microfone não tem concerto, mas que nem abriram o aparelho, se basearam em um caso de outra pessoa. Acho que o MÍNIMO é avaliar caso a caso. Será que não tem concerto ou falta know-how para realizar o serviço?
Como se fosse pouco esqueceram de fazer o outro serviço que era apenas colar a tela.
Na verdade o que falta é respeito pelos clientes.
Lousy service, do not recommend to anyone.
I took a device at 10 am to do two jobs: change the microphone and paste the screen that was loose.
When I arrive at 6 pm to fetch, I receive the news that the microphone has no concert, but that they have not even opened the device, based on a case of someone else. I think the MINIMUM is to evaluate case by case. Is there no concert or lack of know-how to perform the service?
As if it were little, they forgot to do the other job that was just pasting the canvas.
In fact what is lacking is respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa. Mandei meu celular para consertar a entrada do carregador que não estava carregando e o celular retornou c a tela quebrada. A proprietária foi extremamente grosseira, me chamou de mentirosa e disse que eu que quebrei a tela. Não arcaram c o prejuízo. Não recomendo. Mostraram umas imagens que parecem maos montagem. Não quiseram mostrar as imagens originais. E no dia que fui reclamar não me mostraram as imagens pq? Maia parece que agiram de má fé forjando imagens e datas. Falei p marcarem um dia p eu ver as imagens originais mas n quiseram mostrar. E se tinham.imagens pq me fizeram deixar o celular lá por maos 1 semana.. muito estranho. Se vc tem imagens q provam era só apresentar as imagens.. não precisam q o celular fique no estabelecimento para isso.

They did not want to show the original images. And on the day I went to complain, didn't the pictures show me? Maia seems to have acted in bad faith by forging images and dates. I told them to make an appointment for me to see the original images, but they didn't want to show it. And if they had. Images because they made me leave my cell phone there for 1 week ... very strange. If u have images that prove it was just to present the images .. they do not need the cell phone to be in the establishment for that.

I was a little pessimistic for the comments, but I was well attended, the service was delivered as agreed and at an ok price. Nothing to complain about, just compliments.
