Peguei meu notebook Levei pra um outro técnico q logo observou que faltava o cabo jack. Retornei com técnico anterior ele não conseguiu encontrar o cabo. Então tive q encomendar o cabo pela Internet.
Resumo estou quase 6 meses tentando resolver o problema. Comigo a minha experiência com essa empresa foi muito negativa
I didn't have a good experience with this company. I left my notebook to fix it. Two months passed. In the end he did the tests but couldn't fix it. I took my notebook I took it to another technician who soon noticed that the jack cable was missing. I returned with a previous technician he couldn't find the cable. So I had to order the cable over the Internet.
Summary I am almost 6 months trying to solve the problem. With me, my experience with this company was very negative
