★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Experiência de "honestidade e transparência" que já tive, sem palavras para descrever tamanho arrependimento, mandei dois equipamentos para concertarem e após o "concerto" perguntei diversas vezes se estava tudo testado e funcionando e por diversas vezes confirmaram que "SIM" e quando o 1 equipamento chegou só tive dor de cabeça não havia testado 100% tive que retorna 3 mais e 3 vezes com o mesmo equipamento e não resolveram tive muito estresse e muita raiva, não se foi proposto resolver nada por parte deles e no segundo equipamento foi pior ainda; não quero perder meu tempo descrevendo toda a situação mas se você que esta tendo isso esta pesando em mandar seu equipamento para reparo, procure outra assistência menos essa. porque durante dois meses só tive dor de cabeça e estresse.
Worst experience of "honesty and transparency" I've ever had, without words to describe such regret, I sent two pieces of equipment to be fixed and after the "concert" I asked several times if everything was tested and working and several times confirmed that "YES" and when the 1 equipment arrived I only had a headache I had not tested it 100% I had to return 3 more and 3 times with the same equipment and they did not solve it I had a lot of stress and a lot of anger, it was not proposed to solve anything by them and in the second equipment it was even worse; I do not want to waste my time describing the whole situation but if you are having this and are weighing in sending your equipment for repair, look for assistance other than this. because for two months I only had headaches and stress.
