★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolveu o problema momentaneamente, mas realizou alguns "armengos",precisei do retorno deles até a minha residência no prazo de garantia,e só enrolam. Aliás, o comprovante eles não enviam,como dizem enviar. Procure profissionais,essa empresa só é pontual quando é conveniente a ela.
It solved the problem momentarily, but it made some "armengos", I needed them to return to my residence within the warranty period, and they just roll. In fact, they don't send proof, as they say. Look for professionals, this company is only punctual when it is convenient for it.

Solicitei a presença dos profissionais dessa "empresa", porém quem foi no domicíliar foi seu filho, e apóis ser solicitado pra retornar e realizar realmente o concerto, o msm nao me respondeu mais! Então só cuidado com esse tipo de "serviço"!
