Oq me chamou a atenção foi que o técnico que me disse. “Não podemos ficar muito tempo máquina de levar parada, eu me coloco no seu lugar”. Em dois dias minha máquina já estava com a placa trocada e em pleno funcionamento. Não conhecia a empresa, foi indicação e muito satisfeito.
Specialized and customer-oriented team. What caught my attention was the technician who told me. "We can't stay too long to take the machine stopped, I'll put myself in your place". In two days my machine was already with the board changed and in full working order. I didn't know the company, it was an indication and very satisfied.
