★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já mandei documentação quase 1 semana atrás e ainda não fizeram contrato, não me retornam com previsão, tenho que ficar perguntando o tempo todo e às vezes nem respondem. Já até agendei a mudança porém pelo jeito não vou conseguir fazer devido a demora e descaso com cliente. Eu só quero fechar negócio e pegar as chaves, é tão simples!
I already sent documentation almost 1 week ago and they still haven't signed a contract, they don't return with a forecast, I have to keep asking them all the time and sometimes they don't even answer. I have already scheduled the change but apparently I will not be able to do it due to the delay and neglect with the client. I just want to close the deal and get the keys, it's that simple!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentamos alugar um imóvel no Bairro Jardim Vista Verde por essa empresa, ocorre que não dão respostas aos cliente mesmo questionando varias fezes por causa de documentação e sobre o imóvel. Cobra uma taxa de R$ 60,00 por consulta de CPF que é ilegal conforme a lei Lei do Inquilinato em seu artigo 22 quem paga as taxa são proprietário e não do inquilinato .
Sorte que questionei novamente qto a tirar um armário se o proprietário ia ou não tirar porque o corretor tinha dito que sim, mas o proprietário mudou de ideia e não ia tirar e isso não foi me passado. Ou seja só ia descobrir qdo entrasse no imóvel e apos assinar o contrato.
O que deu a entender é que estamos pedindo um favor e eles estão vendendo um serviço. Falta de profissionalismo.
We try to rent a property in Bairro Jardim Vista Verde by this company, it turns out that they do not give answers to customers even questioning various feces because of documentation and about the property. It charges a fee of R $ 60.00 per CPF consultation which is illegal according to the Tenant Law in its article 22 who pays the fees are the owner and not the tenant.
Lucky I questioned again when I took out a closet if the owner was going to take it out or not because the broker had said yes, but the owner changed his mind and was not going to take it out and that was not given to me. In other words, I was only going to find out when I entered the property and after signing the contract.
What it implied is that we are asking for a favor and they are selling a service. Lack of professionalism.
