★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo de empresa a um tempo atrás havia levado o meu celular para trocar o touch deixei meu celular lá, paguei 100 Reais pela troca coloquei a minha película de vidro e fui para casa um mês depois deixei o meu aparelho cair no chão e para a minha surpresa a película de vidro ficou intacta mais o touch havia rachado toda a tela , lembro me muito bem de tentar tirar a película para ver se realmente era o touch e adivinha o touch veio junto com a película pois não estava devidamente colado no lugar, e não tinha como ser da queda pois foi uma queda de menos de 1 metro de altura, resolvi esquecer o ocorrido comprei outro aparelho, até que deu um problema no sistema do aparelho e resolvi ir concerta lá novamente, eles me disseram que o aparelho teria que ficar de um dia para o outro pois o procedimento é demorado, e me prometeram que até às 10:00 da manhã já iria estar pronto, pois bem ! Cheguei 10:30 no local e a loja ainda estava fechada , até que chegou um dos donos as 11:00 para abrir , perguntei sobre meu aparelho e ele disse que estava concertando em outro local, questionei o porquê! E ele disse que lá na outra sede havia os outros equipamentos necessários, resolvi aguardar, até deu 13:00 e nada questionei de novo sobre o horário pois tinha outras coisas para fazer e ele disse que era assim mesmo, disse que não poderia ser assim pois tinha combinado cmg as 10:00 , deu 14:00 e nada do meu aparelho 15:00 horas e nada até que as 16:00 chegou os outros da equipe com o meu aparelho e tiveram a cara de pau de dizer que não conseguiram realizar o procedimento , Mais espera aí !!! Eu fiquei 6 horas esperando aqui com fome , e tendo outras coisas para fazer para vcs não me entregarem o meu aparelho em perfeito estado? Eles me responderam com um tom de deboche , Sim ! Infelizmente não deu , perguntei a respeito do meu dinheiro e um deles me olhou com cara de deboche e disse : com certeza né, vamos devolver seu dinheiro, está aí e ficaram olhando com encenação de riso , empresa horrível, uma falta de respeito tamanha com os clientes não recomendo a ninguém ???
