★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, não recomendo. Cobraram troca de bateria que não foi trocada e o que fizeram foi só uma solda muito mal feita fixada com uma fita. Ridículos ! Fujam dessa autorizada.
Terrible service, do not recommend. They charged for a battery change that was not changed and what they did was just a very poorly done solder fixed with a tape. Ridiculous! Run away from this authority.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, péssimo atendimento. Funcionárias muito pouco profissionais, trabalham com deboche, ninguém sabia me dar informação. Quando questionei porque o telefone não era atendido a funcionária me respondeu com deboche. Perguntei porque não respondiam no Whatsapp e a atendente disse que eu não tinha mandado mensagem, sendo que eu estava com a conversa aberta.

Bad service, bad service. Very unprofessional employees, they work with debauchery, nobody knew how to give me information. When I asked why the phone was not answered, the employee responded with mockery. I asked why they didn't respond on Whatsapp and the attendant said I hadn't sent a message, since I had an open conversation.
Terrible service, I will never buy anything from Motorola again so I don't have to need their authorized service again
