★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo marcar horário , com antecedência e chegar lá, dizem que vai demorar por outro na frente. Ligo para questionar , me dizem que é por ordem de chegada. Como assim, foi agendado. E cheguei após almoço junto com a pessoa que tosa. Que por sinal tosa muito bem, só tenho medo o método que usou pra acalma lo e conseguir, meu cachorro passou toda tarde lá. E desde que chegou está quieto no sofá. Porque??? Ele é super ativo, o que pode ter acontecido lá?? Será que sedam o animal?? Mas sem perguntar?? Não levo mais.
Ótimo atendimento aparente, mas por trás das " câmeras" por assim dizer, fica muitas dúvidas.
NÃO indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro com uma veterinária, ela prescreveu o remédio errado e ainda depois mandou apenas o nome do remédio, sendo que precisa de receita. Além de falarem que segunda saia o exame, e hoje terça feira, dia 16, não me retornaram e só visualizaram no whatsapp. Péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo veterinário! Meu cachorro fez tratamento de babesiose e erliquiose durante um mês com remédios fortes. Quando finalizou, o Dr. Nereu solicitou o exame novamente e quis que meu cachorro tomasse mais 1 mês de antibiótico! Mas o diagnóstico estava errado! Pois ele solicitou exame de anticorpos (claro que ia dar positivo, pouco tempo após a doença o organismo possui anticorpos!!). Mas por falta de conhecimento para interpretar um exame corretamente, falou que meu cachorro ainda estava com a doença! Levei em outra veterinária, após solicitar o exame correto, informou que estava curado! Além disso não tem nenhum cuidado e carinho com os animais!!

Because he requested an antibody test (of course it would be positive, shortly after the disease the organism has antibodies!!). But for lack of knowledge to interpret a test correctly, he said that my dog still had the disease! I took it to another veterinarian, after requesting the correct exam, she informed me that I was cured! Furthermore, there is no care and affection for the animals!!
