★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a um mês tentando resolver um problema de defeito no meu sofá que custou dois mil reais e foi pago a vista. O problena apareceu com menos de um mês de uso. Esta semana fui bloqueada pela loja no perfil do Instagram após postar minha insatisfação. Por coincidência no mesmo dia a assistência me retornou dizendo para aguardar mais 30 Dias pra troca. Vou aguardar e se o problema for resolvido volto aqui e avalio novamente. Caso contrário vou continuar reclamando onde tiver direito. No momento não recomendo esta loja

By coincidence on the same day the assistance returned to me saying to wait another 30 days for the exchange. I will wait and if the problem is solved I will come back here and evaluate again. Otherwise I will continue to complain where I have the right. I currently do not recommend this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É MUITO triste você pagar por um produto/serviço e receber um lixo na sua casa. Encomendei minha cozinha, vieram tirada todas as medidas, paguei a vista e o que eu recebi? Gavetas caindo com uma semana de uso, fitagem soltando, e o pior, montador mal educado que me deixou com muito medo pois eu estava sozinha com minha bebê em casa, e ele ficou extremamente nervoso que as peças vieram com 36 centímetros de diferença do que estava na planta feita pelo "projetista".
Não recomendam, tem várias outras lojas em Rio das ostras, não caiam na enganação da vitrine muito bem montada pq o resultado é desastroso E DESONESTO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência de compra com a loja foi ótima. Comprei 3 produtos (rack, aparador e poltrona) há mais de 1 mês e todos estão em perfeito estado. Pelo menos esses produtos que comprei parecem ter uma qualidade boa. Entrega, formas de pagamento e atendimento excelentes. Inclusive recomendo que comprem com a vendedora Letícia, pois ela é muito gentil e em nenhum momento fica empurrando produtos pra gente pensando em comissão.
Ela apresenta as opções dentro daquilo que buscamos e queremos/podemos pagar. Fui a primeira vez na loja só para olhar e ela em nenhum momento me pressionou para fechar o negócio logo, me deixou livre para voltar com calma, com as medidas etc em outro dia.
Um ou outro produto da loja possuia um preço um pouco acima das minhas expectativas, mas eu entendo que isso é um meio de compensar o salário dos funcionários (que são muitos) e a entrega rápida (algo em torno de 2 dias) - na internet demoraria mais de 20 días úteis para entregar. Então acho justo.
My shopping experience with the store was great. I bought 3 products (rack, sideboard and armchair) over 1 month ago and all are in perfect condition. At least these products I bought seem to be of good quality. Excellent delivery, payment and service. I even recommend that you buy with the seller Letícia, as she is very kind and in no time is pushing products for us thinking about commission.
It presents the options within what we seek and want/can afford. I went to the store for the first time just to look and she never pressured me to close the deal right away, leaving me free to come back calmly, with measurements etc. on another day.
One or another product from the store had a price slightly above my expectations, but I understand that this is a way to compensate the employees' salaries (which are many) and fast delivery (around 2 days) - on the internet it would take more than 20 business days to deliver. So I think it's fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um compra, chegou atrasado. Após receber veio com um assento mais folgado que outro, enviei para manutenção e retornou com o mesmo problema só que no assento inverso. Mandei para manutenção pela segunda vez e veio com o mesmo problema! Por fim a loja me ganhou pelo cansaço e fiquei com o produto com defeito.
Ainda tive que ouvir que como eu fiz impermeabilizante o sofá perde a garantia e após perguntar onde que isso foi informado que alguns clientes perguntos e outros não. Como se fosse responsabildiade do cliente informar os termos da garantia. Por fim, péssima compra! sugiro que passem longe!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda houve muita atenção e agilidade. Móvel teve que ser encomendado, esperei mais de 1 mês, depois que montaram foi verificado que faltavam peças. Ao contactar a empresa informam que tem que ser verificado com a equipe de montagem, se resumiram a mandar um contato de whatsapp que não aceita ligação. Este mesmo contato, assim como a loja, pouco caso fez, mal respondem as mensagens enviadas.
Passem longe desta loja, irão passar raiva.
