★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui roubado nessa loja pelo funcionario Bruno Souza e pelo seu comparsa Leandro Souza, ambos se dizem tecnicos dessa empresa, os contratei para fazer um reparo em uma maquina, o que fizeram foi depreciar o produto com o cliente na intençao de provavelmente vender equipamentos, etica zero, fui roubado por esses canalhas, ladroes, fujam desses estelionatarios.
Réplica da resposta da loja, tenho todas as provas e liguei para vocês para resolver o ocorrido, não quiseram resolver se não me engano fui atendido por um leandro, foi roubo descarado, 171, o processo já corre na justiça e não sei se vcs sabem mas a loja e solidária nessa questão porque o serviço foi feito aí, qualquer hora vai sair o processo, tentei resolver de todas as formas com seu técnico e com vcs e nada, no que puder eu queimo o filme de vcs mesmo, comigo vcs foram ladroes. Quem pega um dinheiro sem fazer um serviço e não devolve é ladrao.

Levei mais de 3 meses pra conseguir ter meu notebook em funcionamento, neste meio tempo tive que ir pelo menos umas 15 vezes nessa loja, retirando e retornando o Notebook, que apresentava um problema diferente a cada vez. Além disso, eu precisava insistir várias vezes para ter uma posição sobre o andamento do serviço, algumas vezes precisando acionar o proprietário que também não se colocar muito disponível. Em resumo... péssimo. Torcendo pra eu não ter problema no curtíssimo período de garantia que me deram.
Worst service delivery I have ever received. It took me more than 3 months to get my notebook up and running, in the meantime I had to go to this store at least 15 times, removing and returning the Notebook, which presented a different problem each time. In addition, I needed to insist several times to have a position on the progress of the service, sometimes needing to call the owner who also did not make himself very available. In short ... lousy. Efetuamos a compra de um PC para meu filho , ligaram no mesmo dia dizendo que não teria uma das peça comprada , só teriam uma 350 reais a mais, aceitamos. No dia seguinte ligaram para irmos buscar chegamos na loja o PC já pronto para entrega, meu filho ficou muito feliz. Vem a gerente e diz que teria um aumento de 1700 reais , pois calculou errado. Mais também não deixou eu pegar a nota para verificar o erro. Conclusão achamos um absurdo pedi o orçamento para que eu pudesse verificar, e a tal gerente disse que não poderia me entregar, optamos pelo cancelamento da compra . Conclusão, nosso cartão o limite passado encontra se na fazer de estorno( espero), compramos em outra loja concorrente, preço e peças muito melhores , e a vista. Não recomendo essa loja. Não são confiáveis.
