Já tentei varias operadoras e só tive decepções.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o pacote de 15 megas, mas nunca chegou a isso, meu medidor fica entre 3,2 e na máxima de 8,4 praticamente a metade contrata, totalmente volátil, não dar pra assistir um vídeo sem travar mesmo em baixa qualidade.. cai o tempo todo, bem ruim!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a única internet que me atendeu bem, tenho um pouco mais de 1 ano, e acho ótimo, sempre que tenho problema é solucionado rápido, consigo jogar, ver filme pelo netflix perfeitamente.
It was the only internet that served me well, I have a little over 1 year, and I think it's great, whenever I have problem it is solved fast, I can play, watch movie through netflix perfectly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando Instalei, não tive problemas, sempre pago antes do vencimento, mas, há meses o serviço tem deixado a desejar! pago R$ 99,99 por 30 Mbps que me foram prometidos, mas, atualmente, não chega a 3 Mbps para download. Estou tendo muitos prejuízos acadêmicos, financeiros e profissionais pela falta de profissionalismo da Telvex! Aliás, estou desconfiada que a empresa, AGORA, é outra e que não fazemos ideia nas mãos de quem estão nossos dados.

I paid R $ 99.99 for the 30 Mbps I was promised, but currently it doesn't reach 3 Mbps for download. I'm having a lot of academic, financial and professional losses due to Telvex's lack of professionalism! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É sem dúvida o pior serviço de internet que eu já vi. NÃO CONTRATEM. Me deixou na mão diversas vezes, comprometendo meus trabalhos e estudos. Tentei assistência via whatsapp e ligação e nenhum deles deu certo, porque não funciona, simplesmente. Estou frustrado e indignado com a falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa. Gostaria de denuncia-los pela propaganda enganosa que me fez assinar seus serviços, mas optei apenas por contactar a concorrência. Enfim, vocês são um lixo.
It is without a doubt the worst internet service I have ever seen. DO NOT HIRE. He let me down several times, compromising my work and studies. I tried assistance via whatsapp and call and none of them worked, because it simply doesn't work. I am frustrated and outraged by the lack of professionalism of this company. I would like to denounce them for the false advertising that made me subscribe to their services, but I chose only to contact the competition. After all, you are garbage.
