★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Pedi pelo uber eats 00:00 esperei até às 03:20 da manhã e cancelaram o pedido! Já tinha feito a reclamação, me informaram que o pedido estava pronto aguardando pra sair! Agora esse horário não consigo pedir mais nada! Um absurdo, falta de respeito. Nunca mais peço nada nesse estabelecimento.
Terrible! Ordered for uber eats 00:00 waited until 03:20 am and canceled the order! I had already filed the complaint, they informed me that the order was ready and waiting to be released! Now this time I can't ask for anything else! An absurd, lack of respect. I never order anything from this establishment again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido no valor de R$:64,89 no dia 09/12/2021 as 00:09. Me deram o prazo de 00:40 - 00:47 para entrega do pedido. Quando eram 01:03 Entrei em contato com a loja, onde me informaram que o meu pedido ja estava pronto aguardando por um motoboy fazia algum tempo. 01:33 entrei em contato novamente e informaram que o tempo de entrega era o mesmo. Se o restaurante nao tem motoboys para atender a demanda por que esta aberto? Por que mentem no tempo de entrega? Fiz o meu pedido por pix e disseram que nao iriam fazer o extorno e nem cancelar a compra. Pessimo atendimento, nunca mais passo perto de uma franquia mal estruturada como essa.
I placed an order in the amount of R$:64.89 on 12/09/2021 at 00:09. I was given a deadline of 00:40 - 00:47 to deliver the order. When it was 01:03 I got in touch with the store, where they informed me that my order was already ready, waiting for a motorcycle courier for some time. 1:33 I contacted again and informed that the delivery time was the same. If the restaurant does not have motorcycle couriers to meet demand, why is it open? Why lie on delivery time? I placed my order by pix and they said they would not make the refund or cancel the purchase. Poor service, I'll never step near a poorly structured franchise like this again.
