★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar com falta de comprometimento... Não é a primeira vez que me mandam a Marmitex errada, desta vez a cara de pau foi além... Entregaram a minha Marmitex para outra pessoa e o motoboy ainda teve a cara de pau de falar, que quando entregou para o outro rapaz não sabia de quem eram as marmitas, então seria na sorte o que viria dentro. Fiquei mais de uma hora esperando a entrega, aí chega o motoboy com esta palhaçada. Não indico e não recomendo este lugar para ninguém, falta de comprometimento e de responsabilidade de todos, um conjunto de erros que foi virando uma bola de neve.

Pedi por telefone, me deram um tempo de entrega de 90 minutos. Esperei o tempo, liguei novamente para saber em que pé estava o pedido. A atendente disse que já tinha saído e que estava para chegar. Esse "estar para chegar" demorou mais 40 minutos. Resultado: a comida chegou depois de duas horas e fria.
Não culpo o entregador, mas sim o restaurante que deveria dispor de mais motoboys em dias de grande movimento como aos domingos. Além disso, a atendente poderia ter sido mais sincera na minha segunda ligação e dizer que ainda demoraria mais um pouco.
Só aceitei pegar o pedido pq não queria que o entregador sofresse alguma consequência e, tbm, pq estava morta de fome já.
Sou nova em Salto, então pelo menos serviu pra saber que desse lugar eu não peço nunca mais.
Bad job with delivery.
I asked by phone, they gave me a delivery time of 90 minutes. I waited for the time, called again to find out where the order was. The attendant said that she had already left and that she was about to arrive. This "being there" took another 40 minutes. Result: the food arrived after two hours and cold.
I don't blame the delivery guy, but the restaurant that should have more motoboys on busy days like on Sundays. In addition, the attendant could have been more sincere on my second call and said it would take a little longer.
I just accepted to take the order because I didn't want the delivery guy to suffer any consequences and, also, because I was already starving.
I'm new in Salto, so at least it served to know that I never ask for this place again.
