Levei meu celular à Vallecel em SJC para ver um problema de não carregamento da bateria, após uma longa espera na fila fui atendido; fui informado q pagaria 30 reais caso o orçamento não fosse aprovado, além de perder uma película protetora de tela pois o atendente disse q seria necessário retira-la para uma análise apurada. Três dias depois me ligaram dizendo q o problema era a placa do celular e q a troca sairia por R$ 800,00. Não aprovei o orçamento e o peguei de volta. Trouxe à TENDAINFOCELL, o rapaz, em menos de 5 minutos descobriu o problema: um dos dentes do celular q fazem contato com a bateria estava torto, com uma pinça, arrumou e a bateria tornou a carregar. Não cobrou um centavo mesmo eu insistindo em pagar. HONESTIDADE É TUDO!
HONEST AND FAIR!
I took my cell phone to Vallecel in SJC to see a problem of not charging the battery, after a long wait in line I was answered; I was informed that I would pay 30 reais if the budget was not approved, besides losing a screen protector film because the attendant said that it would be necessary to remove it for a thorough analysis. Three days later they called me saying that the problem was the cell phone card and that the exchange would come out for R $ 800,00. I didn't approve of the budget and got it back. Brought TENDAINFOCELL, the boy, in less than 5 minutes discovered the problem: one of the teeth of the phone that make contact with the battery was bent, with tweezers, fixed and the battery recharged. It didn't charge a penny even though I insisted on paying. HONESTY IS EVERYTHING!
