Comprei 1 unidade de empreendimento da ZAFIR, e após 1 ano de entrega ainda estamos com diversos problemas no condomínio. Piscina com vazamento, venderam com 1 vaga para todos mas não existe número suficiente de vaga para todos ...elevadoresque deveriam ser novos já vieram cheios de problemas, total descaso com o comprador.
Péssimo atendimento ao clientes após a assinatura do contrato.
Se você busca um imóvel novo, NÃO COMPRE ZAFIR.
Construction company ZAFIR delivers all the condos full of problems.
I bought one enterprise unit ZAFIR, and after 1 year of delivery we are still many problems in the condo. Pool leaking, sold with 1 parking space for everyone but not enough parking space for all ... elevators that should be new have already come full of problems, total neglect with the buyer.
Bad customer service after signing the contract.
If you are looking for a new property, DON'T BUY ZAFIR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei e fiz o distrato com a zafir, acabamento péssimo, estrutura nada comparada ao portifólio e promessas no ato da venda. Um Apt com valor absurdo e deixa a desejar na questão acabamento x estrutura. Me arrependo amargamente.
