Minha mãe solicitou um serviço no dia 29/01/2021 desde então, presente momento junho/2021 o serviço não foi concluído!
Correndo o risco de perder o carro por está sem o documento atualizado.
Entramos em contato diretamente com o responsável pela empresa cobrando o serviço que já está PAGO e não sabe me responder quanto tempo mais teremos que esperar.
Infelizmente não tem respeito algum ao cliente, pq não ligam para dar satisfação espera o cliente ir atrás, total humilhação o modo que atendem.
Não indicamos.

My mother requested a service on 29/01/2021 since then, at the present time in June/2021 the service was not completed!
At the risk of losing the car for being without the updated document.
We contacted the person in charge of the company directly, charging for the service that is already PAID and he does not know how much longer we will have to wait.
Unfortunately, they have no respect for the customer, because they don't care to give satisfaction, expect the customer to follow suit, total humiliation the way they serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passando pra deixar a minha indignação a essa empresa, que achei que fosse séria, mas indiquei a um amigo e não fizeram o documento do carro dele corretamente... Nem se importaram em resolver, meses se passaram, até ele desistir e procurar o Poupa Tempo. Melhor coisa.
Então, NÃO INDICO A MAIS NINGUÉM.???
