 I took my laptop yesterday because it was getting very hot. After a preventive maintenance that they did along with the cleaning, it seems that my notebook has returned to its first days of use. Great.

Fui bem atendido, tive meu problema resolvido e até hoje meu PC funciona perfeitamente! Tanto que hoje voltei a empresa para solicitar uma consultoria para dar um up grade no PC. Bom atendimento, muito atenciosos com o cliente.
I was the first time in this company by recommendation of friends, when my computer had problems about a year ago. I was well attended, I had my problem solved and until today my PC works perfectly! So much so that today I returned to the company to request a consultancy to upgrade the PC. Good service, very attentive to the customer.

A qualidade ja começa pelo bom atendimento e franqueza com o cliente, quando levei o 1o notebook que nao tinha conserto. Depois pela agilidade e qualidade do serviço prestado quando levei o 2o notebook. Eles possuem um serviço de entrega bem seguro e confiável. Preço acessível e compatível com o mercado.

The quality starts with the good service and frankness with the customer, when I took the 1st notebook that had not been repaired. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com meu desktop, onde ficava reiniciando no meio do uso. Levei em 3 lugares e ninguém conseguiu descobrir o que era. Fui indicado por um amigo a levar na Teraflops. Meu desktop ficou cerca de 1 mês e pouco com eles, porém todos os problemas foram resolvidos. Testaram os componentes separadamente, foram extremamente claros comigo em questão do problema. Achei o valor de serviço muito bom pela qualidade do atendimento prestado. Indico de olhos fechados a Teraflops!!
I had a problem with my desktop where it kept restarting in the middle of use. I took it to 3 places and no one could find out what it was. I was recommended by a friend to take it to Teraflops. My desktop was about 1 month or so with them, but all problems were resolved. Tested the components separately, they were extremely clear with me about the problem. I found the service very good value for the quality of service provided. I recommend Teraflops with my eyes closed!!
