The best Pilates teacher there is is also the best person, the best human being. Knowing Hosanna was the best solution for my spine, posture and learning in physical modalities. I have a herniated disc and I live with zero pain, thank God for my effort and persistence and also Hosanna who helped me a lot. Super competent.
