Quero parabenizar toda equipe do laboratórios principalmente a equipe de coleta ,que é carinhosa, paciente e acima de tudo competente fizeram uma coleta no meu filho de 5 anos e meu filho não sentiu nada ,eu sou profissional da área da saúde e não havia presenciado á execução da técnica de coleta com scalp a vácuo com tanta precisão , parabéns meninas vocês são anjos

Havia se passado apenas 15m do horário de coleta, mesmo explicando que não sabia, e se tratando de uma idosa que saiu do interior (cerca de 15km) pra fazer o exame, a atendente não considerou estes fatos, e o malote de material ainda não tinha seguido para o Rio. Não é fácil ser idoso e nem cuidar de um. Compreensão também deve fazer parte do profissionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto do laboratório mas tem deixado a desejar em alguns serviços. Para orçamentos não passam por telefone, não tem whatsapp, só email. Mandei há vários dias, ainda liguei pra confirmar se foi recebido e sempre me falam a mesma coisa, que vão responder a tarde e nunca respondem.
Acabaram de me responder, obrigada. Irei amanhã com minha irmã

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz exames nesse laboratório, gosto do atendimento, contudo perdi uma consulta porque o site ficou o dia todo fora do ar. Liguei para o laboratório, a atendente me informou que o site estava com problemas e que eles não tinham acesso ao resultado e nem como me enviar por outra forma. Lamentável fiquei sem minha consulta que estava marcada desde janeiro. Sugiro que quando houver problemas no site, as atendentes tenham acesso aos resultados e que encaminhe de outra forma para os clientes.
