Tem funcionários maravilhosos na filial Aracaju destaques no escritório Carol e Lúcia, infelizmente não sei os nomes dos entregadores mas destaco todos os que já fizeram entregas aqui, educados, alegres, Logan pra confirmar se posso receber no horário que eles virão. Recomendo a Termaco. Só precisava dar uma melhoradinha no preço rsrsrs
I've been working with the company for about two years. There are wonderful employees at Aracaju branch office highlights at Carol and Lucia, unfortunately I do not know the names of the deliverers but I would like to highlight all those who have already delivered here, educated, cheerful, Logan to confirm if I can receive them at the time they will come. I recommend Termaco. Just needed to give a better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa não considera os clientes, não recebi o boleto para pagamento até a data e, simplesmente fui acionado no cartório de ofícios para pagar o dobro do valor devido, entrei em contato e nada foi feito, eles simplesmente disseram q mandaram o boleto e eu q me virasse pra pagar......
The company does not consider customers, I have not received the payment slip to date and, simply I was called in the notary to pay twice the amount due, I contacted and nothing was done, they simply said they sent the bill and I turn me around to pay ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim vocês tem que melhorar muito a comunicação com as pessoas, poque fiz duas compras um pela shoope e outra pela Amazon e a transportadora era a sequoia e vocês não encontraram meu endereço mais nem se quer ligou para a mim pra sabemos ou menos onde era.
For me you have to improve communication with people a lot, because I made two purchases, one by shoope and the other by Amazon and the carrier was the sequoia and you couldn't find my address anymore, you didn't even call me to know where it was or less .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma desde 04/05 que eles anunciam que saiu pra entrega e eu fiquei aqui aguardando sem sair pra resolver minhas coisas e não aparece ninguém, no dia 05/05 a mesma coisa só que eles lançaram om KO que ouve problemas mecânicos empresa é uma Piada não contratem. não merecem nem 1 estrela. Vou abrir uma ação porque foram perdidos 2 dias sem resolver minhas coisas importantes porque esses irresponsáveis informaram que estava saindo pra entrega e com isso fiquei restrito de sair de casa por 2 dias e ainda pra completar não vieram fazer a entrega ainda .. a transportadora fica a 40 minutos de minha casa um absurdo isso bando de irresponsáveis
I don't recommend it at all since 05/04 that they announced that it was out for delivery and I stayed here waiting without leaving to solve my things and no one shows up, on 05/05 the same thing only they released the KO that hears mechanical problems company is a joke do not hire. They don't even deserve 1 star. I'm going to file a lawsuit because 2 days were lost without solving my important things because these irresponsible people informed me that I was leaving for delivery and with that I was restricted from leaving the house for 2 days and still to complete they haven't come to deliver yet .. the carrier stays 40 minutes from my house, this is an absurd bunch of irresponsible people
