Combinamos direitinho, em menos de dois dias já estava com o outro produto em mãos.

I am truly delighted with the service, attention and kindness of this team.
I bought two rolls, by mistake they only delivered one. Mr. Eduardo sent me a message asking for permission to call me. That done, he explained clearly what had happened, that there was an error in the sending. He apologized, regretting the inconvenience.
We agreed well, in less than two days I already had the other product in hand.
Surely this type of activity leaves its mark.
