★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local abondonado e totalmente sem estrutura para receber os usuários. A iluminação é péssima, quando chove o terminal fica alagado e cheio de pingueiras, banheiros horríveis e pra piorar não tem nenhuma linha de ônibus que saí do Terminal no sentido Centro, apenas passam por lá como se fosse um ponto comum ou um passa rápido.
Abandoned place and totally without structure to receive the users. The lighting is terrible, when it rains the terminal is flooded and full of pingueiras, horrible bathrooms and to make matters worse there is no bus line that left the Terminal towards Centro, just pass there as if it were a common point or a quick pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O porte do terminal até está de acordo para a demanda, porém em total estado de abandono, necessitando de reformas - em todos os sentidos e limpeza. Funcionários até são educados, atenciosos, o problema está no gerenciamento e investimento necessário para atender o usuário com dignidade. Terminal de ônibus intermunicipal é cartão de visita da cidade. E este está ao lado de um prédio de grande valor histórico, que poderia ser atração turística da cidade. As autoridades de Embu Guaçu estão com a faca e o queijo nas mãos, falta apenas boa vontade política para colocar as mãos na massa.
