★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora seja uma rodoviária de porte médio/pequeno, possui uma boa estrutura e organização. A segurança deixa um pouco a desejar, mas não chega a oferecer perigo aos passageiros.
 Although it is a medium/small bus station, it has a good structure and organization. Safety leaves a little to be desired, but it doesn't pose any danger to passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma rodoviária normal. Tem estacionamento pra carros mas é meio caro. Os guichês de compra ficam na parte superior da rodoviária. Tem lanchonetes. Aa taxas de embarque só podem ser compradas em dinheiro.
It's a normal bus station. There is parking for cars but it is a bit expensive. The purchase counters are located at the top of the bus station. There are snack bars. Boarding fees can only be purchased in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa arrumar muita coisa. Banheiros com porta quebrada. Cheiro ruim. Quando chove chuvas de vento, molha passageiro nos assentos de espera. O governo de Aracaju precisa ter más vergonha e fazer um lugar más descente.
Need to tidy up a lot. Bathrooms with broken door. Bad smell. When it rains wind showers, it wets passengers in the waiting seats. The government of Aracaju needs to have more shame and make a more decent place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel. Estou realizando uma viagem por todas as capitais do Nordeste de ônibus, e devo dizer que a pior rodoviária foi a de Aracaju. Insegura e suja, o cheiro da urina dos banheiros exalava por toda a rodoviária. Deveriam entregar a administração para o setor privado.
Horrible. I am traveling through all the capitals of the Northeast by bus, and I must say that the worst bus station was in Aracaju. Insecure and dirty, the smell of urine from the bathrooms wafted through the entire bus station. They should hand over management to the private sector.

Se vc precisa carregar seu celular, não há tomadas, e as que existem não funcionam.
Não tem funcionários identificados, não tem segurança satisfatória, não tem um banheiro descente, é sempre lotado inclusive com pessoas que ficam um bom tempo lá dentro, esperando não sei o que, assim deve ter um segurança lá dentro.
Não há sinalização interna e na rua também caberia um guarda orientandoo trânsito pois é uma loucura, pessoas simplesmente param o carro e formam filas onde não era para ter.
Alguma autoridade pública de atenção rápida a esse terminal. Logo.

If you need to charge your cell phone, there are no outlets, and the ones that exist don't work.
There are no identified employees, there is no satisfactory security, there is no decent bathroom, it is always crowded, even with people who stay inside for a long time, waiting I don't know what, so there must be a security guard inside.
There is no internal signage and there would also be a guard on the street directing the traffic because it's crazy, people just stop the car and form lines where they shouldn't have.
Some public authority for quick attention to this terminal. Soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O terminal rodoviário é grande e acessível. Há um terminal de integração de transporte público coletivo localizado exatamente ao lado da rodoviária, o que facilita a chegada ou saída. Os únicos pontos negativos que consigo listar são dois: a falta de diversidade de lanchonetes, pelo que me lembro só existem duas, além dos banheiros que são extremamente fedorentos. Ao descer as escadas que dão acesso aos banheiros, já consegue se notar o odor MUITO forte. Passar pela porta do vanheiro masculino é um martírio, entretanto, ao entrar no banheiro feminino, o cheiro ameniza um pouco. Não sei se é problema em encanação/escoamento do dejetos, falta de manutenção da limpeza ou se os próprios usuários não colaboram, só sei que fede.
The bus terminal is large and accessible. There is an integration terminal for collective public transport located right next to the bus station, which facilitates arrival or departure. The only negative points I can list are two: the lack of diversity of snack bars, as I remember there are only two, in addition to the bathrooms that are extremely smelly. When going down the stairs that give access to the bathrooms, you can already notice the VERY strong odor. Going through the men's toilet door is a martyrdom, however, when entering the women's bathroom, the smell softens a little. I don't know if it's a problem with the plumbing / waste disposal, lack of cleaning maintenance or if the users themselves don't cooperate, I just know that it stinks.

Transporte público disponível para vários cantos da cidade devido ao serviço de integração e lanchonetes limitando os transeuntes, passageiros e a população de uma forma geral apenas a lanches, mas não a uma refeição completa. Segurança muito frágil.
Wide, airy and destination for various places in the state and throughout Brazil. Public transport available to various corners of the city due to the integration service and snack bars limiting passers-by, passengers and the general population only to snacks, but not to a full meal.
