★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu bebedouro estava com vazamento, vieram fizeram a visita técnica, apenas apertar uma mangueira de borracha com um alicate universal, os técnicos que vieram foram muito educados, mas foram embora depois de esperar 2 minutos para testar, paguei a visita técnica, por 15 minutos de serviço que não serviram.
No outro dia mandei mensagem que ainda estava apresentando o defeito e eles falaram que precisavam retirar o bebedouro mas não sabia a hora que virião.
Além de fazerem o serviço inadequado ainda tenho que ficar esperando a vontade deles, era só marcar um horario que estava tudo certo.
Também alegaram que eu desmontei o bebedouro, sendo que as peças são desmontaveis para a limpeza do mesmo.
Péssimo atendimento é pós atendimento.
My drinking fountain was leaking, they came for the technical visit, just tighten a rubber hose with universal pliers, the technicians who came were very polite, but left after waiting 2 minutes to test, I paid the technical visit, for 15 minutes of service that did not serve.
The other day I sent a message that the defect was still showing and they said they needed to remove the water cooler but I didn't know what time it was coming.
In addition to doing the inadequate service I still have to wait for their wishes, just make an appointment that everything was right.
They also claimed that I dismantled the drinker, and the parts are removable for cleaning.
Bad service is after service.
