No outro dia a mesma atendente, muito educada me ligou me pedindo que eu tirasse umas fotos da minha residencia e perguntasse aos outros moradores visinhos que possui ar condicionado para tirar informações com eles! Que absurdo!! Pois isso, não tem cabimento e ainda á atendente me falou que o tecnico estava muito ocupado e não poderia vir ate. a residencia para fazer a avaliação e instalação
Nota zero para o profissionalismo desta empresa perdeu um cliente!!

I looked for this company to purchase an air conditioner, an attendant told me that he would send a technician to my residence to check the conditions of installations and which air conditioner is ideal for my need. The other day the same attendant, very polite, called me asking me to take some pictures of my residence and ask other neighboring residents who have air conditioning to get information with them! How absurd!! Well, that doesn't make sense and the attendant told me that the technician was too busy and couldn't come. the residence to carry out the assessment and installation
Zero rating for the professionalism of this company lost a customer!!
OPs: MAYBE THEY THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BUY AN AIR CONDITIONER AND THAT THE ABSURD OF THIS COMPANY I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZERO TO ANYONE.
