★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,peguei o contato e entrei em contato via WhatsApp aonde fui atendido pela vendedora Mayara que me passou vários modelos,dentre eles me interessei por 2 modelos,aonde fui informado que tinha a pronta entrega fui até até loja e fiquei sabendo que o modelo tinha acabado a vários meses.
Tentei novamente pela loja de Guarulhos, fui atendido pela Fhayne,aliás muito mal atendido,conseguiu ser ainda pior minha experiência,além de fazer o mesmo da vendedora acima,indicar modelos que não possuem ainda me fez ir numa loja no feriado que não abriu,me confirmando o funcionamento normal.
Padrão Decinel,mal atendimento,descaso com o cliente,eles oferecem o que não tem somente pará te fazer ir até a loja e oferecer o que querem.
Ressalto que sou o noivo e preciso de cor específica pará ocasião,se busco azul,não adianta me oferecer vinho ou prata,pq é o que tem.Nao confiem no atendimento Decinel.
Terrible service, I got the contact and got in touch via WhatsApp where I was attended by the seller Mayara who gave me several models, among them I was interested in 2 models, where I was informed that I had prompt delivery, I went to the store and learned that the model it had been over for several months.
I tried again at the Guarulhos store, I was attended by Fhayne, actually very poorly attended, my experience was even worse, in addition to doing the same as the seller above, indicating models that do not have yet made me go to a store on holiday that did not open, confirming me normal operation.
Decinel standard, poor service, disregard for the customer, they offer what you don't have just to make you go to the store and offer what you want.
I emphasize that I'm the groom and I need a specific color for the occasion, if I'm looking for blue, it's no use offering me wine or silver, because that's what I have. Nao trust Decinel's service.
