★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência. A imobiliária não é inidonia. Vendi um imóvel através desta imobiliária. No contrato inicial de compra e venda foi informado o valor correto da venda. Quando fui assinar o contrato na caixa depois de vários meses o valor que constava no contrato de financiamento era outro. Foi informado no contrato que havia sido pago em espécie um valor que na verdade nunca aconteceu. Isto porque o comprador precisava de um valor maior de financiamento junto a caixa ai a imobiliária colocou o valor da venda a maior que o real informou que foi pago ao vendedor um valor em dinheiro e o restante seria financiado pela caixa. No registro do imóvel saiu este valor (tanto pago em dinheiro) e o restante financiado pela caixa. O valor em dinheiro nunca foi pago a imobiliária não consegui comprovar isto nunca foi um valor ficticio informado por ela. Só assinei o porque não aguentava mais já estava cansada de tanto debater com imobiliária. Lamento ter que fazer esta avaliação espero numca mais negociar com esta imobiliária. E se vc tiver a oportunidade saia fora.

When I went to sign the contract at the cashier after several months, the amount stated in the financing agreement was different. It was informed in the contract that an amount had been paid in cash that actually never happened. This is because the buyer needed a greater amount of financing with the box, so the real estate company placed the sale value higher than the real informed that a cash amount was paid to the seller and the rest would be financed by the box. In the registration of the property, this amount came out (both paid in cash) and the rest financed by the box. The cash value was never paid to the real estate company, I could not prove this was never a fictitious value informed by her. I only signed because I couldn't take it anymore I was tired of debating so much with real estate. I'm sorry to have to do this review, I hope I never do business with this realtor again. And if you get the chance, get out.

Nas duas vezes um rapaz me atendeu e disse que pegaria meu contato para um corretor conversar comigo por wpp. Coisa que nunca aconteceu. Acho que não devem precisar de vender ou não tem preparo adequado para atendimento.

Both times a guy answered me and said he would get my contact for a broker to talk to me by wpp. Something that never happened. I think they shouldn't need to sell or they don't have adequate preparation for service.
