Compramos textura com vocês e o 1º contato fui excelente, mas já faz 3 dias que ligamos no celular indicado no google vai direto pra caixa postal. Preciso terminar de fazer a textura na minha casa e simplesmente não consigo falar com vocês para comprar o mesmo produto! Lamentável!
The product is of quality, but the service leaves something to be desired.
We bought texture with you and the 1st contact was excellent, but it's been 3 days since we called on the cell indicated on google, it goes straight to voicemail. I need to finish the texture at my house and I just can't get you guys to buy the same product! Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta empresa. Não cumprem com o prazo estipulado e entregam a cor muito diferente da encomendada. Comprei cor algodão egípcio (tom parecido ao bege) e enviaram marrom. Até perguntamos na loja se era a cor correta pois estava muito escura. Acho que deram qq cor para nós, pois liguei muitas vezes para reclamar, tinha o pedreiro esperando para fazer o serviço. Vou gastar mais dinheiro na compra de tinta lisa para chegar na cor correta e terei que pagar mais ao pedreiro. Fiquei muito insatisfeita, nao comprarei mais com eles.
I don't recommend this company. They do not meet the stipulated deadline and deliver a color that is very different from the one ordered. I bought Egyptian cotton color (tone similar to beige) and they sent it brown. We even asked at the store if it was the right color as it was too dark. I think they gave us some color, as I called many times to complain, I had the mason waiting to do the job. I will spend more money buying plain paint to get the correct color and I will have to pay the bricklayer more. I was very dissatisfied, I won't buy from them anymore.
