★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergonhoso o atendimento. Fiz meu aniversário com 20 convidados, os lamches nao chegaram cerca de 1:30 pra cada lanche. No final rivemos que cancelar vários pedidos e saimos sem comer.
Disgraceful service. I had my birthday with 20 guests, the lamches didn't arrive around 1:30 for each snack. In the end, we had to cancel several orders and left without eating.

Fui convidada para um evento..não conseguiram entregar os lanches pela quantidade de pessoas, estávamos em um grupo grande ( havíamos feito reserva e pago por ela) Os funcionários (garçom) tentaram de todas as formas atender bem... Mas..... Sem entregar os lanches, sem sucos e refrigerantes. Cheguei as 20:00 sai às 22:30 sem comer o lanche. Tomei uma Coca porque implorei muito por ela.
Never!!!! I was invited to an event..they couldn't deliver the snacks due to the number of people, we were in a large group (we had made a reservation and paid for it) The employees (waiter) tried in every way to serve well... But... .. No snacks, no juices and soft drinks. I arrived at 8:00 pm and left at 10:30 pm without eating lunch. I had a Coke because I begged so much for it.

A casa é bacana, atendimento bom, um lugar que faltava em nossa região, bem frequentado.
Estruturalmente há correntes de vento em alguns pontos, são desagradáveis.
Poderiam colocar uma tela de proteção na grade do andar superior, evitando quedas através das grades.
Há algum probleminha com o esgoto nos sanitários, causando um forte odor.
Já somos clientes, gostamos do local, atendimento bom, mas saliento que estou escrevendo para suas melhorias.
Qdo fomos comer no sábado 14/5/2022, a casa não tinha muitos clientes.
Creio que estão com problemas na cozinha pela demora.
Os lanches são bons, porém houve problema com a fritadeira, as batatas não puderam ser servidas. Até aí tudo bem.
Pedimos três combos que incluiam lanche, refriferante, batata frita.
Num combo veio lanche, Coca-Cola (sem batata)
Nos outros dois combos, pedimos dois milk shakes no lugar da Coca- Cola.
Vieram 2 lanches e 2 milk shakes (tb sem batata).
Para nossa surpresa, ao solicitar a conta, vieram cobrados os três combos completos, mais os milk shakes.
Aí que está.
Falta de gerenciamento e bom senso.
Faltou autonomia, não deveriam ter cobrado 3 batatas que não nos foram servidas, nem 2 Coca-Colas que faziam parte do combo, que tb não foram servidas e pagamos os milk shakes à parte.
Bom atendimento, mas faltou bom senso na hora da conta.
Recebemos metade do que foi cobrado.

The house is nice, good service, a place that was missing in our region, well frequented.
Structurally there are wind currents at some points, they are unpleasant.
They could put a protective screen on the upper deck railing, preventing falls through the railings.
There is a problem with the sewage in the toilets, causing a strong odor.
We are already customers, we like the place, good service, but I emphasize that I am writing for your improvements.
When we went to eat on Saturday 5/14/2022, the house didn't have many customers.
I think they are having problems in the kitchen due to the delay.
The snacks are good, but there was a problem with the fryer, the potatoes could not be served. So far so good.
We ordered three combos that included snack, soda, fries.
In a combo came a snack, Coca-Cola (without potato)
In the other two combos, we ordered two milk shakes instead of Coca-Cola.
2 snacks and 2 milk shakes came (also without potatoes).
To our surprise, when requesting the bill, they were charged for the three complete combos, plus the milk shakes.
There it is.
Lack of management and common sense.
They lacked autonomy, they shouldn't have charged 3 potatoes that were not served to us, or 2 Coca-Colas that were part of the combo, which were also not served and we paid for the milk shakes separately.
Good service, but lack of common sense at the time of the bill.
We received half of what was charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é bem aconchegante e todos os funcionários muito acolhedores. Pedi um lanche chamado RH que de início achei pequeno, mas por acompanhar umas baratinhas (vídeo foto) achei bem adequado fiquei bem satisfeito. Também tomei um drink com kiwi, limão e Gin que não estava no cardápio mas foi feito ali por eu ter perguntado por drinks, que estava ótimo. A todo o tempo o atendimento estava comigo certificando-se que estava tudo certo. Recomendo.
The place is very cozy and all the staff are very welcoming. I ordered a snack called RH which at first I thought was small, but because it was accompanied by some cockroaches (video photo) I thought it was very suitable and I was very satisfied. I also had a drink with kiwi, lemon and gin that wasn't on the menu but it was made there because I asked for drinks, which was great. All the time, the service was with me making sure everything was right. I recommend.
